HavePaws AI provides community tools for:

  • Matching and suggesting possible results through technology, including AI.
  • Helping users connect when suitable signals are found from the provided data.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide truthful, complete, and updated information when changes occur, including photos, descriptions, time, location, and contact details.
  • Only upload content you have the right to use; do not post content that violates another person's privacy or the law.
  • Do not use the platform for illegal activity, harassment, threats, scams, or harm to other individuals or organizations.
  • Verify information before meeting someone or receiving a pet back, and be especially careful with requests for money transfers, verification codes, documents, or sensitive information.

4. Safety And Abuse Prevention

To protect users and the community, HavePaws AI may apply measures such as checking post validity, adding risk warnings, limiting some features by trust level, or requesting additional information when needed. Some content may be hidden or temporarily locked when there are signs of violation or when verification is required.

5. HavePaws AI Rights

HavePaws AI has the right to:

  • Suspend, limit, or terminate account/access rights, or remove content if terms, community guidelines, or user-risk concerns are violated.
  • Adjust, update, or discontinue part or all of the service temporarily or permanently for maintenance, upgrades, operations, or safety reasons.
  • Update the Terms of Use when necessary. New versions will be published on the website and take effect when posted.

6. Limitation Of Liability

HavePaws AI is a community connection platform and cannot guarantee search or matching results in every case. HavePaws AI is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete information, or the behavior of users or third parties.
  • Any agreement, transaction, cost, or dispute arising when users contact each other, including "ransom", "holding fee", "transport fee", or similar scam requests.
  • Indirect damages arising from using or being unable to use the service, except where mandatory law applies.
